This complete set combines 12 bifacial 500 Wp full-black solar modules (6,000 Wp) with the Anker SOLIX Solarbank Max. Storage and bidirectional inverter are contained in one device. With up to 10 kW solar input, 3 MPP trackers, and a storage base starting at 7 kWh (modular up to 42 kWh), this is the most powerful Solarbank class from Anker – your roof becomes a true home energy center.

Higher yield through bifacial modules

The bifacial glass-glass modules of the latest n-type generation absorb sunlight from the back as well and deliver noticeably higher yields depending on the surface compared to conventional modules – with an efficiency of around 23%. With 10,000 Wp module power, you can reliably charge the storage even on weaker days while covering a large part of your household consumption directly.

The Solarbank Max combines storage, bidirectional inverter, and solar hub in one device and is designed for larger PV systems up to 10 kW.

Installation & Registration

Important: Unlike small plug-in balcony power plants (feed-in limit 800 W), the Solarbank Max, with 3.5–4.6 kW, is significantly above the threshold for plug-in solar devices. Therefore, the following applies to this set:

• Connection and commissioning by a qualified electrician
• Registration with the responsible grid operator before commissioning
• Registration in the market master data register (Marktstammdatenregister)

The set is therefore not a pure "plug & play" balcony power plant, but a full-fledged, grid-connected PV storage solution for homes or businesses.

Emergency power during power outages

Via the AC backup output, the Solarbank Max continues to supply important consumers even during a grid failure – continuously up to 3.5 kW, temporarily (peak load) up to 10 kW.

Frequently asked questions

How large is the storage and can I expand it? The base has 7 kWh. With up to five expansion batteries, you can expand in stages up to 42 kWh – simply stacked, without additional wiring.

Do I need an electrician for the installation? Yes. Since the output power is above the 800 W threshold for balcony power plants, connection by a qualified electrician and registration with the grid operator are required.

Does the set work during a power outage? Yes. Via the emergency power/backup output, you continue to supply consumers with up to 3.5 kW continuously, and even significantly more for short periods.
